Forge is young and improving fast, and we would rather earn the next month than tie you into this one. $79.99/mo or $799.99/yr buys the whole Forge Operator Suite — every feature live on day one. One price for one person, no tiers, nothing held back for a higher plan.
Own vs. rent
What $79.99 a month gets you
One price, three tools, and nothing sold to you afterwards. You can spend less by assembling entry-tier products, but those tiers do not automate, and none of them can see your contacts and your money at the same time. Compared on what Forge actually does, a CRM tier that automates costs more on its own than all of Forge — and it runs on someone else’s servers. Here your data stays on your machine, there is one bill, and there is no upgrade we are steering you toward. Fulla is built in at no extra charge, but she needs a model to think with and you supply that: your own Claude, OpenAI or Google key, or a local model. No AI subscription is included in the price.

The difference
Why the suite, not the parts
- Integrated: a contact, a follow-up, and your cashflow are the same world — not apps stitched together with exports.
- You own it: everything runs on your machine; Forge is the only managed own-your-data option.
- AI built in: Fulla comes in the price, not as a $20–34/mo layer on top — you supply the model key, and we take no cut of what you spend on it.

Inbox reading is part of the Suite. When it arrives it’s yours at the price you’re already paying. We will not put a feature we told you was coming behind a surcharge.

Your records stay on your computer, not on our servers. If you ever stop paying, they are still there and still yours — we cannot hold them, because we never had them.
Built for one. Forge is a tool for the person doing the work. Each person has their own subscription and their own records on their own computer — there is no shared team pipeline. If you are running solo, that is the whole point. If you need three people looking at the same board, we are not your tool yet.
