Terms of Use

This is a plain-language summary of our End User License Agreement, written so you can see what you are agreeing to without reading twenty sections. It is a summary and nothing more: the full agreement is the binding document, and where this page and that document disagree, that document governs.

Your subscription

Plans are billed monthly or annually at the published price and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no minimum term and nothing to commit to.

Your price is held for three years

The price you pay when you first subscribe is held for three years, whether you pay monthly or annually, and you do not have to commit to a term to keep it. If you cancel and resubscribe within seven days, your price lock survives.

Refunds

On a monthly plan, cancel within 7 days of your first charge and we refund it in full. On an annual plan, cancel within 30 days of an annual charge — your first or any renewal — and we refund it in full. These sit on top of any right you already have under the law where you live.

Your data is yours

Your business records live in files on your own machine, not on our servers. If a subscription lapses, the apps move to a read-only state with one-click export — we never hold your data hostage to a renewal. The agreement says this in full at sections 4, 10 and 13.

AI, and where your prompts go

Fulla is included, but the AI model is not: you supply your own provider key, and your prompts go to that provider under their terms and are billed by them. We do not resell inference and we add no markup to it.

Support, and what we do not promise

Support is by email, Monday to Friday during US Eastern business hours. The agreement disclaims warranties and caps our total liability at what you paid us in the preceding twelve months — sections 15 and 16 set this out precisely, and they are worth reading rather than taking from a summary.

Acceptable use

Use Forge lawfully, and do not redistribute or reverse-engineer the software.

If we change the terms

A revised agreement is a new version with a new content hash, and we ask you to accept it again rather than changing what you agreed to underneath you. Price changes come with 30 days’ notice.
