Focal Point Mid-Atlantic
AI That Works the Way You Decide
Virtual, small-group programs, held in real time, for owners and executives who answer for decisions shaped by AI they did not build and cannot easily check.
Who offers these programs. These programs are offered and delivered by Peak Performance Executive Coaching LLC, doing business as Focal Point Mid-Atlantic. Crucible Logic Labs hosts this page as a partner. The programs do not sell, require, or recommend any Crucible Logic Labs product.
The idea
An evaluation gap, not a technology gap.
Every technology recommendation that reaches your desk comes from someone who knows more about it than you do. Those people are usually right. The trouble is that you have no reliable way to tell when they are not.
These programs do not teach you to use AI tools. They give you the questions, decision rights and routines to stay in charge of decisions that AI now shapes, whether you chose that AI or it arrived inside software you already pay for. Each program is a working room: you build the artifacts on your own organization, alongside peers doing the same. Nothing is graded.

For business owners
AI Decision Systems Intensive
Four 90-minute virtual sessions for owners whose business runs on technology they did not choose and cannot independently evaluate.
- Session 1 Monday, November 30
- Session 2 Monday, December 7
- Session 3 Monday, December 14
- Session 4 Monday, January 11
No sessions over the holidays. Enrollment closes Monday, November 16.
You leave with four working artifacts for your own business:
- Challenge Protocol — the questions to put to any technology recommendation before you approve it.
- Decision-Rights Map — where AI is already deciding inside the systems you bought, and what a person must decide.
- Written Filter — your criteria for technology and vendor decisions, settled once in advance.
- 12-Month Operating Plan — owners, dates and a review rhythm a business your size can keep.
The founder rate applies to this first cohort only. All later Intensive cohorts are at the standard rate of $1,250.

Judgment & AI
Foundations
For leaders who need a working grip on AI decisions without a technical background: the core tools for questioning AI recommendations and deciding where human judgment stays in charge.
For senior executives
Master Mind for Executives
For executives who answer for how AI is used across the organization. Decision rights, human–AI roles, challenge protocols, decision filters, AI portfolio review and a 12-month operating plan — six artifacts, built on your own organization.
For law firm partners
Master Mind for Law Firm Partners
For partners who govern how AI is used inside the firm’s operations, not on client matters. Six governance artifacts for your own firm. CLE credit is not currently offered.
One-on-one
When a cohort is not the right fit
The same artifacts, built for one organization with undivided attention. What you give up is the peer room, which is where much of the value of the cohorts comes from. Founder rates and referral credits do not apply.
Founder rate
What the founder rate is
- It applies to the first cohort of each program only — for the Intensive, the cohort that starts November 30.
- Every cohort after the first is at the standard rate: $895 (Foundations), $1,250 (Intensive) or $3,500 (Master).
- Founder participants keep a standing right to re-enroll in a future cohort of the same program at their founder rate.
- It is not a sale. A first cohort helps shape a program, and the rate reflects that.
Referrals
- Refer someone new who enrolls and pays in full, and you receive a credit: $150 (Foundations), $250 (Intensive) or $500 (Master).
- Credits are capped at 30% of your own fee and do not apply to founder-rate Foundations seats.
